This notice covers the EhsanBooks website and app operated by AtiqSoft. Offices are in Karachi and Faisalabad. The same notice applies wherever the company uses the service.
What we store
Account: your name, email, and a session cookie so you stay signed in. A login code expires in ten minutes. We do not keep that code as your password.
Company books: parties, items, invoices, stock, payments, and files that company uploads. Those records stay with that company. They are not mixed with another company.
Billing: the plan, the order number, whether the receipt is received, and the receipt you send so the payment can be checked.
A partner registration stores the name, email, country, phone, and that the commitment was accepted.
A support ticket stores the name, email, and message you typed.
Who can see it
Users your company invites can see what you allow them to see. A party portal shows only the bills that company chose to share, after a code sent to that party. AtiqSoft can see what is needed to run the service, mark a payment, and answer a support request you made. We do not sell company books, and we do not use them for advertising.
IQAI and visits
IQAI answers from the product guide. When you are signed in, it can read that company’s books to answer the question you asked. Those questions are not sold. The public site may record which pages are opened, so we can see what is used. That measurement is not your invoice list.
How long
Books are kept while the company is open, and in the backups required to run the service. A suspended company is not deleted by the act of suspension. Closing a company does not by itself publish its records.
