Sale & POS
Add Sale is the daily action. Invoices, estimates, proforma, delivery challan, sale orders, credit notes, and a counter POS with categories. Payment-in settles outstanding. Print A4, A5, or thermal. Share by WhatsApp, email, or SMS when those channels are on.
Purchase
Bills, purchase orders, debit notes, and job work in. Party-wise rates and warehouses when the industry needs them. Payment-out clears supplier dues.
Parties
Customers, suppliers, or both. NTN, phone, address, opening balance, and registration type for FBR. Outstanding and statements stay on the party.
Items & stock
SKU, barcode, HSN, MRP, wholesale, batch, expiry, serial, model, size, secondary unit, and low-stock alerts. Warehouses hold qty by location. Industry presets turn the right fields on.
Cash & bank
Cash, bank, transfers, expenses, and other income. Day-book snapshots on Home show the day without opening every report.
Sales tax & FBR
Pakistan first: PKR, NTN, STRN, 18% sales tax, province. Add more tax rates. FBR sandbox and live when your FBR access is ready.
Reports
Day book, sale, purchase, P&L, outstanding, stock, tax return, and more. Filter by period — including a custom from/to. Export and print from the same numbers the books use.
Backup
Save to this PC, USB, Gmail, or Drive. Restore an EhsanBooks .ebk — encrypted or open. Restore touches only the current tenant.
Access
Password, forgot-password email code, 6-digit OTP, and a 4–6 digit Smart PIN. Change the password anytime in Settings → Access. Language EN / UR / AR. Full theme: fonts, sizes, colours.
