EhsanBooks is a product of AtiqSoft. These terms, the privacy notice, and the refund policy are the agreement. ehsanbooks.atiqsoft.com is the UAE site. ehsanbooks.pk is the Pakistan site. Both open the same books. A new company on this site is in AED, with VAT. Payment for this site is arranged with AtiqSoft. Offices are in Karachi and Faisalabad.
The company
The business that signs up is the customer. You are responsible for the users you invite, the passwords you set, and the records you enter. Each company has its own books. You may not open another company’s books.
Trial and payment
The trial is free and is not a paid plan. A paid plan, extra users, and extra companies follow the prices on Pricing. Payment is by the method published there. The paid period starts when the receipt is marked received. Until then the plan is not open. Seats and extra companies apply only after that payment.
Fees are for the period opened. They are not returned except as the refund policy says. You may stop at the next renewal. You may not stop a period that has already been opened and ask for the unused days back.
Your records
The business records you enter belong to your company. AtiqSoft hosts them so the service can run, and may keep a backup for that purpose. AtiqSoft does not sell those books. You are responsible for what is true in them, including tax.
Tax, FBR, and IQAI
EhsanBooks is software. It is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. A sales-tax invoice is prepared from the figures you enter. Live filing uses the access your company provides. You remain responsible for what is filed. IQAI explains the software. It does not create a binding invoice and it does not file tax for you.
Support and suspension
Support follows the level of the plan. AtiqSoft may work in your books when you ask, while you are on the call. AtiqSoft may suspend a company that has not paid, or that misuses the service, including an attempt to reach another company’s data. A suspended company cannot edit until it is opened again.
Partners
A partner ID is issued only after that partner’s own EhsanBooks payment is marked received. Commission is on a referred company’s subscription, and it is sent only after that customer’s payment is realized. It is not a cut of the shop’s own sales. The partner page states the rest.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, AtiqSoft is not liable for lost profit, a tax penalty, a customer who did not pay you, or a decision you made from the books. Where AtiqSoft is liable, that liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the current paid period.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
